Processing Time

  • Most of my items are made to order. Items are ready to ship in 3-5 business days.
  • Custom orders and large quantity orders may take additional time.
  • Order processing takes place on business days, which are Monday through Friday.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping options

Payment Information

Dynamic Alley accepts credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, and PayPal.

 

 

 

Cancelations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancelations

Cancelations can be made up to 3 days from the date of purchase, as long as the order hasn’t shipped.

Cancelations can be made on custom/personalized orders up to 3 days from the date purchased or until work has begun on the order (whichever is sooner) as long as the order hasn’t shipped.

Returns and Refunds

If you decide you wish to return or exchange your item (excludes personalized and custom orders), please contact us within 14 days from when you receive it.

Once the item has been returned in original condition I will refund the price of the item (less shipping), or send your replacement item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. I am not able to accept returns on personalized items.

Lost or Damaged packages

If your package is missing or lost please contact us to help track down your package and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund.  Please keep all packaging and damaged items.  Do not return them unless instructed to do so.  This is important for us when filing a damage claim on insurance.

 

ST/VAT, Customs and Duties

Sales tax or VAT and customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in item prices.  If your parcel is eligible for any customs charges, you will be contacted by the company shipping the item to you when your package arrives in your country. Then the company will complete a customs declaration for you. When you retrieve the package, you will pay any VAT and customs duty.
